The “IntenOxy 5” oxygen concentrator aims to provide effective oxygen delivery to respiratory care patients

BALL GROUND, Georgia—CAIRE, an oxygen technology manufacturer, announced the launch of the “IntenOxy 5” stationary oxygen concentrator. The company said the product launch aims to provide durable medical equipment (DME) and home medical equipment (HME) customers with access to equipment that requires minimal maintenance and reduced operating expenses.

The concentrator seeks to offer effective oxygen delivery with up to 95.5% concentration and flow settings from 0.5 to 5 liters per minute (LPM). The IntenOxy 5 features a simple user interface, a compact design, a low power consumption and weighs 34.2 pounds. The new concentrator can also be used in combination with the company’s “FreeStyle” portable oxygen concentrator.

“The IntenOxy 5 stationary oxygen concentrator has been an excellent addition to our oxygen therapy portfolio,” said Ken Hosako, president and CEO of CAIRE. “The unit is a key component to how our DME and HME customers serve their respiratory patients, providing them with an at-home device that delivers the oxygen they need as they navigate activities of daily living.”
