The systems aim to enhance the homecare recruitment industry

PORT WASHINGTON, New York—CareConnect, a homecare artificial intelligence and software services company, announced the launch of Home Care Insights, the first in a series of new websites that provide health care organizations with recruitment, engagement and retention insights. Home Care Insights aims to optimize the workforce and deliver care, the company said. Additionally, CareConnect's latest applicant tracking system (ATS) offering, built specifically for the homecare industry, aims to accelerate hiring and reduce costs in recruitment.

CareConnect assists agencies in recruiting, engagement and caregiver retention. Home Care Insights combines anonymized “ShiftMatch.AI” data and public homecare data sources to gain insights on the homecare and post-acute care industries. Home Care Insights focuses on a specific dataset each month and examines how caregiver age affects recruitment, retention and engagement. Overall, Home Care Insight's data findings show that agencies are not handling the shift in caregiver demographics well, the company said. 

Applicant Tracking System Purpose-Built for Home-Based Care

CareConnect's ATS uses ShiftMatch.AI to improve hiring decisions and ensure caregivers have positive experiences when contacting their agencies. CareConnect said combining ATS with its recruitment outsourcing and caregiver choice will help homecare agencies recruit, engage and retain caregivers.
