His experience in strategic operations and process optimization will help strengthen each company’s ability to serve customers and adapt to evolving industry needs.
Carter was named chief operating officer of OxyGo in May 2024.
Carter's appointment is part of the ongoing evolution of Marquard Ventures Projects (MVP), which continues to refine its structure to enhance operations and explore new growth opportunities.
