North Haven, Connecticut—Jennifer Lee, a results-oriented home health executive, has joined Corcoran Consulting Group as managing consultant, home health and hospice.
Lee recently served as interim president and executive director of VNA of Care New England in Warwick, Rhode Island. In that position, she increased gross revenue, decreased average expenses, evaluated performance metrics and implemented corrective actions. She also revitalized internal processes, maintained strong relationships with customers, vendors, and strategic partners, collaborated with the agency’s teams for adherence to regulatory, safety, and insurance requirements, maximized talent and capabilities through strategic alliances, and represented the organization at industry and trade events.
Before assuming the executive director position at VNA of Care New England, Lee served as director of home health, rehabilitation manager and physical therapist. In these positions, she established a culture of continuous improvement, supported teams’ professional development, implemented evidence-based treatment modalities, and strengthened regulatory compliance, internal controls and cross-department collaboration.
As director of rehab services for the Cedar Crest Sub-Acute Rehab Centre, she oversaw the clinical performance of more than 20 therapists across three sites, expanded the rehab services department, created productivity and performance standards and initiatives and managed staff through change.
Lee received her Bachelor of Science in human sciences and services and her Master of Science in physical therapy from the University of Rhode Island.
