EXETER, Penn. (September 17, 2018)—Pride Mobility Products announces growth in provider retail sales through its in-house support services with CareCredit promotional financing for consumers.
Having one of the mobility industry’s longest partnerships with CareCredit consumer financing for mobility products, Pride has seen an increase in its CareCredit-associated providers’ retail sales.
“We're at a place in the evolution of our industry where retail sales of power lift recliners, scooters and power chairs are key to providers’ success,” said Micah Swick, director of Pride Sales. “The purchasing power that CareCredit offers consumers, along with giving providers an added sales tool, creates an ease of transaction where everyone wins.”
Pride’s unique, in-house support of its providers who are part of the CareCredit network includes expert staff to serve Pride providers before and after enrolling with CareCredit, co-branded marketing materials, joint educational webinars, and tailored one-on-one training for providers in conjunction with CareCredit.
“Our Pride representative, Pam Isenhower, helped us through the enrollment application and in no time, we were ready to go,” said Charles Chiampi of Med Shop Plus in Houston. “With the help of CareCredit financing, we sold a scooter the next day. With the online approval for our customer in-store, it was quick and easy. CareCredit financing made possible a sale that would have been lost without it.”
Providers work with both Pride and CareCredit in the enrollment process, as with ongoing support.
“We strive to support our providers' financial and retail success in every aspect,” said Christina Adzema, Pride’s director of Accounts Payable and Receivables. “Our in-house support of our providers toward enrolling and accepting the CareCredit credit card is yet another opportunity for us to assist providers toward helping increase retail sales.”
