The company extended its services to residents of Louisville, Kentucky & Sebring, Florida

TEMPE, Arizona—SYNERGY HomeCare, a homecare franchise, announced two new locations: SYNERGY HomeCare of East Louisville, Kentucky, and SYNERGY HomeCare of Highlands County in Sebring, Florida. The franchises aim to assist residents with nonmedical homecare services, including companion, personal and respite care.

The Louisville franchise will be led by Yasmary Hernandez, while the Sebring location will be managed by Felicia Coke. Hernandez has professional health care and entrepreneurship experience, while Coke has a background in physical therapy and geriatric care management.

After immigrating to the U.S. from Cuba, Hernandez’s health care journey began when she enrolled at Spalding University in Louisville. During her time there, Hernandez developed community connections, which she aims to leverage to meet the needs of local families that her new business serves.

“To me, this business is more than just meeting people’s needs, it's about leaving a lasting impact in their lives,” said Hernandez. “At SYNERGY HomeCare of East Louisville, our philosophy is rooted in a commitment to compassionate care and maintaining a standard of excellence. We aim to be a trusted extension of the family that helps loved ones feel independent, confident, and at ease knowing they are in safe hands.”

Coke has experience in skilled homecare, physical therapy and care plan coordinating. She aims to better the homecare industry by ensuring patients have proper and high-quality care.

“I’m honored to serve my community,” Coke said. “I believe in vibrating to highest level, offering everyone a chance to life a life full of play, fun, love and excitement. My goal is to fill homes with this love and joy and let people know that we don’t provide care because we need to, but instead, because we want to.”
