KANSAS CITY, Kan., (February 23, 2016)—Therafirm, a manufacturer known for making high quality gradient compression socks and hosiery, is releasing an addition to its new brand, EASE by Therafirm, which already features an opaque line and microfiber line of easy-to-put-on compression hosiery.
The Sheer EASE by Therafirm line complements the popular Ease Opaque and patented Core-Spun lines from Therafirm. Sheer EASE will have the same great benefits as Ease Opaque and Core-Spun, all made with ultra stretchy yarns for compression garments that many patients find easier to put on and more comfortable to wear, while offering a high quality, premium product at an affordable price.
Sheer Ease hosiery products are durable and will hold up well to repeated wear—resisting many of the rips and snags common to other sheer hosiery brands. The Sheer Ease line is made of super soft, breathable and moisture wicking sheer materials. The soft, knit-in bands on the knee highs stay in place while providing non-binding comfort. The knit-in pantyhose waistbands stay in place and prevent rolling, while the silicone band on the thigh highs keep them comfortably in place.
True gradient compression featured in Sheer Ease, as well as Ease Opaque and all other Therafirm compression products, is designed to improve blood flow. Gradient compression delivers a controlled amount of pressure, which is greatest at the ankle of the garment and gradually decreases toward the top. Sheer Ease premium gradient compression garments are designed to help promote better circulation and helps control swelling, leg fatigue, mild to moderate varicose veins, leg discomfort, edema and DVT.
Sheer Ease styles will include both open and closed toe knee highs, thigh highs and pantyhose in three compression levels—mild (15–20 mmHg), moderate (20–30 mmHg) and firm (30–40 mmHg). All styles will be available in Black, Natural and Sand colors, while mild and moderate closed toe styles will include additional colors Bronze, Coal, Cocoa and Navy.
The Sheer Ease line will be available through retailers and online partners beginning March 2016. Ease Opaque hosiery products are currently available.
