CINCINNATI, Ohio—TruBlue Home Service Ally, a provider of home maintenance and senior modification services, appointed Nick Wilson as the new vice president (VP) of operations. With brings experience in franchise management and logistics to his new role.
Beginning his career as a franchisee for Verizon Wireless and T-Mobile, Wilson has franchisee perspective insights. Over the past six years, Wilson served as the chief revenue officer at a logistics firm in Cincinnati. Wilson said that his decision to join TruBlue was influenced by the company’s mission and the team at the company’s home office. In his new role as VP of operations, Wilson will focus on several key initiatives designed to support franchisees.
“I am very excited about how I can bring (my) skills to growing TruBlue to new heights and bringing new owners to enterprise-level business,” Wilson said. “TruBlue represents a premium level of service unheard of in the handyman industry. Every technician is background checked, bonded and insured, because we value service above all else. Additionally, we are present in the senior space with strategic partnerships that handymen don’t usually have."
In his efforts to enhance TruBlue’s growth and focus on senior home safety, Wilson aims to grow the company to 200 locations by the end of 2025.
“We’d very much like to quadruple the number of franchisees we have in the winner’s circle, and we’re confident these developments will do that,” Wilson said. “We are very excited about the new developments we’ve made for the maintenance program. Having driven many business leaders to success in the past, I’m very excited to apply the same type of skills and coaching abilities to franchisees.”
TruBlue offers handyman and home repair services, senior home modifications and ongoing maintenance plans. The company has more than 90 locations and tailors its services to active seniors, aging-in-place seniors, growing families and busy adults.
