TUCSON, Ariz. (November 28, 2016)—Vertess a health care M+A advisory firm, announced the closing of two major health care transactions in Q3 2016.
Vertess represented Integrity Medical, Inc., a Savannah, Georgia-based provider of complex rehabilitation technology (CRT), in an acquisition by National Seating & Mobility, Inc., a national, Franklin, Tennessee-based leader in the CRT marketplace.
"This acquisition was very beneficial to our client, as well as the buyers, who were able to strategically expand in core areas they had identified," noted Bradley Smith, the Vertess Managing Director/Partner who represented Integrity Medical in their transaction.
Alpine Investors, Inc., was a buy side client for Vertess in the purchase of Acumen, Inc., a Mesa, AZ-based provider of fiscal agent services, primarily for publicly funded elder citizens and people with disabilities. Acumen is being integrated into TEAM RMS, Inc., a San Francisco, California-based company offering similar services in the private sector.
