PHOENIX, Arizona (February 24, 2020) -- In an effort to reduce costs and boost attendance, Medtrade Spring will move from Las Vegas to Phoenix, Arizona, next year, show officials announced Monday.
The show, which will also be renamed "Medtrade West," will run April 12-14, 2021, and will also undergo a shift in format, with much less time overlap for the educational sessions and the expo.
ATLANTA (December 11, 2019)—Behind the scenes of the recently completed Medtrade lurked a familiar face in a new role. With a crisp bow tie and calm demeanor, Mark Lind morphed from associate show director to show director for 2019’s premiere HME-focused trade show.
Medtrade attendees are used to seeing Kevin Gaffney in the show director role, and Gaffney’s presence will continue to be felt in his capacity as vice president and group show director.

ATLANTA (May 18, 2017)—After reviewing many comments from exhibitors and attendees, Medtrade officials are expanding Expo hours on day two (Tuesday) and day three (Wednesday). The show will officially end on Wednesday evening with a reception on the show floor designed to increase exhibitor/attendee engagement. As an added incentive, reception attendees will have the chance to win a $5,000 cash prize.
