Gulf South Medical Supply has acquired Indianapolis-based Associated Medical Products, a marketer and distributor of medical products, supplies and billing services.
Gulf South, PSS World Medical's Elder Care Business subsidiary, expects to complete the integration of AMP into its business operations in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2005. Twelve AMP sales representatives will join Gulf South's sales team, and Steve Skoronski, AMP principal, will join the company as vice president, business development, to assist in regional account market development and future acquisitions, according to Gary Nutter, president of the Elder Care Business.
