For the 2023-2026 class, Kris Srinivasan of Valere Health will fill a vacated American Association of Homecare Board of Directors seat

ARLINGTON, Virginia—Kris Srinivasan, chief strategy officer at Valere Health, has been selected to fill a vacated American Association for Homecare (AAHomecare) board seat in the 2023-2026 class. Srinivasan has gained various health care and payer ecosystem insights through leadership positions in the industry, including previously serving on the AAHomecare Board of Directors and on various state association boards over the last eight years. 

“It is a privilege to continue to serve the (home medical equipment) industry as a member of the AAHomecare Board of Directors,” Srinivasan said. “This group continues to evolve, innovate and demonstrate that rising tides raise all boats, and I am proud to be working alongside them once again. Srinivasan has more than 12 years of experience in clinical entrepreneurship and commercial optimization from his time with organizations such as McKesson Medical Surgical, Fresenius Kidney Care and Syneos Health. His approach to solving complex acute and post-acute health care challenges aims to improve care delivery and reimbursement models.

As an advocate for value-based care, Srinivasan works to educate industry leaders on integrated health solutions that enhance patient outcomes. In his new role at Valere Health, Srinivasan intends to lead strategic initiatives and expand the company’s mission to bring health care together through an interoperability ecosystem.
