The new agency is owned and operated by husband-and-wife team Richard and Julie Clements.

As residents of Oakmont, Pennsylvania, Richard previously led a career in transportation engineering for 33 years where he worked in the public and private sectors in California, New Mexico and Pennsylvania, sharpening the communication skills needed to successfully operate a small business in the area. Julie worked as administrative staff for 24 years in the golf club manufacturing industry in California.
“The average percentage of seniors in the Greater Pittsburgh area is much higher than the average overall senior population,” said Richard. “With the rise in demand for quality care on a national level, we felt the best way to combat the issue was to contribute to our local community by opening a senior care provider for those in need.”
