Always Best Care of DuPage provides senior care services in the Chicagoland area, including surrounding communities such as Bloomingdale, Lombard, Hinsdale, Wheaton, Elmhurst, Downers Grove, Oak Brook and Darien. The homecare agency is partly owned and operated by local Bloomingdale resident Dave Pawelek.

Prior to joining Always Best Care, Pawelek held the role of Senior Director of Strategic Alliances for the Chicago Wolves. Before leading the Chicago Wolves, he spent over a decade at The Walt Disney Company where he received formal training in customer service and cast member retention and coaching. Pawelek plans to apply these skills, along with his business and leadership experience to his new role at Always Best Care of DuPage. The agency has appointed Cindy Friscia, licensed practical nurse, as its volunteer care coordinator and supervisor. Friscia holds a Masters in Public Health and brings more than 30 years of experience in health care services to the business.
