TROY, Michigan—Best Life Brands LLC, a franchised organization with a portfolio of senior care brands, announced it has experienced unprecedented growth and expansion in its third quarter (Q3) of 2024. The company said it has seen standout achievements in monthly, quarterly and yearly franchise awards and is on track to set an all-time high by January 2025.
Throughout the month of August, the company awarded 33 new franchise locations, which marked the highest number of agreements in a single month in the company’s history. Additionally, this achievement contributed to a record total of 66 franchises awarded during the June-August period. The company reached a total of 84 new franchise locations from June through September, which set a company record for the highest count in any four-month period.

The company said this development allows it to be in within reach of an all-time annual record for awarded franchise agreements in a calendar year, which is currently set at 126 agreements. Currently, the company has 743 total franchise locations across all five of its brands, with 611 of those locations open and operating.
Expanding upon the company’s growth efforts, two of its companies—ComForCare and CarePatrol—ranked on the Franchise Times Top 400 in 2024. ComForCare, a franchised provider of in-home caregiving services, ranked number 214 on the list, while CarePatrol, a senior care solutions organization, ranked number 444. Both brands aim to help seniors live their best lives and align with the overall growth strategy of Best Life Brands.
