OWINGS MILLS, Maryland—The Board of Certification/Accreditation (BOC) announced the 2025 board of directors’ executive committee, the election of two new members and the retirement of Immediate Past Chairman Wayne Rosen.
2025 BOC Executive Committee Members
- Chairman: Cameron Stewart, co-founder of Alcam Medical Orthotics and Prosthetics in Riverside, California.
- Vice chairman: Abel Guevara III, vice president of durable medical equipment for MedicusRx in Houston, Texas.
- Secretary: Angela Presley, program manager of entrepreneurship at Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire.
- Treasurer: Daniel Griffis III, pharmacist in charge for Rainbow Drugstore in Brunswick, Georgia.
- Member-at-large: L. Bradley Watson, former president and regional manager for Clarksville Limb and Brace Inc. in Clarksville, Tennessee.
“I am deeply honored to serve as chairman of the BOC board of directors,” Cameron Stewart said. “This organization plays a vital role in advancing the standards and recognition of excellence in orthotics, prosthetics and durable medical equipment. I look forward to continuing our mission and ensuring BOC credentials remain a symbol of quality, competence and commitment to patient care.”
New 2025 Board Members
Sangeeta Bhambhani is one of two newly-elected BOC board members for the year. Bhambhani has more than 27 years of experience in orthotic and prosthetic (O&P) care. Currently, she is the regional manager and O&P practitioner for Bionic Prosthetics and Orthotics in Mishawaka, Indiana. She has previously held positions with O&P practices across the U.S. and India. Bhambhani has a bachelor’s degree in O&P from University of Mumbai, India, and holds a graduate degree in marketing management.
“I am passionate about advancing the O&P profession through innovation, mentorship and collaboration,” Bhambhani said. “Serving on the BOC board allows me to address industry challenges, foster best practices and empower professionals and patients for a stronger, more dynamic future."
Diana Klunk has also been elected to the 2025 BOC board. Klunk has been elected to the BOC board for a second time. As a BOC-certified mastectomy fitter for Perfect Match Boutique in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, Klunk aims to meet with clients before, during and after breast cancer surgery to assess their needs and provide them with products and services. Klunk attended both York Technical Institute, where she studied business management, and Harrisburg Area Community College, where she studied computer science and business. Klunk previously served on the BOC board for eight years (2016-2024).
“It is an honor to return to the BOC board of directors,” Klunk said. “We share the goal of protecting integrity and standards in our industry, and I welcome the opportunity to contribute.”
Recognizing Years of Service
Wayne Rosen, the board’s immediate past chair, retired from the board in 2024. Rosen served in various positions on the board, including chairman (2018, 2019, 2022, 2023), immediate past chair (2020, 2021, 2024) and Secretary (2017).
“Wayne has been an instrumental leader on our Board of Directors and an important advocate for BOC and the O&P profession,” said Judi Knott, president and CEO for the BOC. “Wayne’s professionalism and commitment to mentoring and developing others has been tremendous. We are thankful for his many contributions to BOC, and I am personally grateful for his support and guidance as I began my time here as president and CEO.”
