OWINGS MILLS, Maryland—The Board of Certification/Accreditation (BOC) announced it is a winner in this year’s Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. This award marks the 12th Stevie Award BOC has earned since 2013.
BOC won a Bronze Stevie Award for Sales and Customer Service in the “Best Use of Thought Leadership in Customer Service” category. This category recognizes organizations that excel in leadership by sharing valuable knowledge and insights with customers, thereby enhancing the customer service experience through thought-provoking and educational content.
BOC said that at the core of its success is its customer service philosophy, which is guided by core values such as teamwork and a customer-obsessed mindset.
"The recent Stevie Award signifies that through intentional focus and strategic outreach, BOC’s thought leadership program sets the organization apart in the marketplace and proves its ability to reach its target audiences," BOC said in a release.
“We are incredibly proud to receive this award for thought leadership in customer service,” said BOC’s President and CEO, Judi Knott. “This recognition reflects BOC’s unwavering commitment to excellence and prioritizing our customers. By staying attuned to industry trends and using feedback tools like our Net Promoter Score survey, we create content that drives our customers’ success.
