Eric Welsh aims to provide for families and children through new marketing & talent acquisition role

DALLAS—Care Options for Kids (COFK), a pediatric specialists provider, announced Eric Welsh as its new chief marketing and talent acquisition officer. Welsh plans to utilize his experience in home health care marketing to continue the company’s growth.

“Welsh has shown a remarkable ability to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that drive growth and enhance brand recognition,” said Mark Bush, CEO of COFK. “His talent attraction and retention expertise will be instrumental as we continue to expand our services and reach more families in need of our care.”

With more than 15 years of experience in home health care marketing and notable achievements at Bayada Home Health Care, Welsh aims to foster collaborative teams and adapt to operational landscapes. Specializing in a comprehensive range of marketing disciplines, including customer attraction, communications, growth strategies and social media, Welsh seeks to deliver measurable results for both emerging and established organizations.

“Pediatric homecare is as close to my heart as it gets,” Welsh said. “Growing up in a home with two special needs brothers without access to homecare, I deeply understand the vital importance of our work. The care we provide to families in our communities is as essential as food and water to me.”

Welsh obtained his bachelor’s degree in digital marketing from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York. Additionally, he has served on various local and national marketing panels, including on Philadelphia Tech Week, Pennsylvania Marketing Summit and LinkedIn.
