MOUNT LAUREL, New Jersey—Care Options for Kids (COFK), a pediatric specialists provider, announced that Elias Lee has been named VP of talent acquisition. Lee brings health care, homecare, senior living and talent acquisition experience to the new role, in which he aims to expand upon the company’s leadership efforts.
“I’m most excited about how closely Elias and I align on emerging technologies and unifying multiple brands and talent operators into a cohesive, goal-oriented, high-performing team,” said Eric Welsh, chief marketing and talent acquisition officer at COFK. “His vision aligns with our mission to attract and retain top talent to benefit the children and families we serve. His expertise and leadership will be instrumental as we continue to grow and enhance our recruitment efforts globally and locally.”
Lee previously held the talent acquisition regional director position at Aveanna Healthcare, a homecare, hospice care and private duty nursing company. Throughout his work in the homecare industry, Lee has helped implement recruitment processes, operational efficiencies and high-performing teams in decentralized environments. At Aveanna, Lee assisted in the company’s recruitment efforts and hiring processes during the COVID-19 pandemic. Lee earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a Master of Business Administration degree from Philadelphia University.
