DENVER—Care Synergy, a provider of community-based home health care, hospice and palliative care services, and RCC Medical Equipment Co., a health care equipment provider, have announced a partnership aimed at providing health care services throughout the Colorado Front Range region.
“The partnership between Care Synergy and RCC Medical Equipment is important to the advancement of hospice care, palliative care and home health in Colorado,” said Tim Bowen, president and CEO of Care Synergy. “By leveraging a legacy of exceptional service delivery in the medical equipment sector, we can offer even better support for our patients and our communities.”
Together, the companies intend to provide health care equipment to patients of Care Synergy’s health care affiliates, including The Denver Hospice, Colorado Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), Pathways Hospice, Pikes Peak Hospice and Palliative Care and Colorado Visiting Nurse Association.
The companies said the partnership will initially focus on caring for the Weld County and Larimer County patient populations served by Pathways Hospice. However, they plan to expand services to the Denver metropolitan area and Colorado Springs in late 2025 and 2026.
