The partnership aims to provide Axxess’ palliative care patients with Forcura’s API software technologies & expand client care

JACKSONVILLE, Florida—Forcura, a health care workflow management company, announced a new partnership with Axxess, a global technology platform for health care at home, that aims to expand its connectivity to Axxess’ palliative care platform. Through the partnership, Axxess’ palliative care client organizations aim to manage onboarding and care coordination workflows through an API integration with Forcura. Together, the companies seek to provide shared home health, hospice, homecare and palliative care clients with an interoperable experience.

The companies’ partnership intends to enable Axxess’ palliative care clients with the ability to receive, send, track and manage patient documentation and communication in a central, digital location, as well as offer improved client onboarding and care delivery. Forcura’s digital solutions aim to empower palliative care providers through improved connections to business stakeholders and more efficient operations
