ATLANTA (June 17, 2020)—GF Health Products, Inc. (Graham-Field) announced that it has acquired substantially all of the assets of Gendron, Inc. Gendron is one of the USA’s leading designers and manufacturers of mobile patient management, specializing in bariatric beds, mobility, seating, transfer and transport for long-term care, homecare, rehabilitation and acute care.

Graham-Field’s 20-acre Fond du Lac, Wisconsin steel fabrication complex and 7.5-acre Gwinnett County, Georgia medical upholstery, assembly and distribution facility will begin producing the Gendron portfolio of bariatric equipment. Graham-Field’s investments in manufacturing automation, process improvement and engineering expertise will allow it to build on the great heritage of Gendron and enhance the features and capabilities of the Gendron product line.
