The company promotes Paul Branin, former VP of business development, to the role of executive VP of growth

MINNEAPOLIS—Health Dimensions Group (HDG), a senior living, post-acute and long-term care consulting firm, has promoted Paul Branin to executive VP of growth. With this promotion, Branin will join the company’s executive leadership team.

“I am thankful for the opportunity to continue working with HDG in this new role as the executive vice president of growth,” Branin said. “I am excited to be part of an organization that provides quality care to our residents and exceptional service to our clients. I am looking forward to leading our continued efforts to grow our nationwide consulting practice and management opportunities.”

With more than 25 years of operational and financial leadership experience in the senior living and care sector, Branin said he is devoted to helping clients meet and exceed their goals. Branin aims to work with both consulting and management clients to apply customized solutions that enhance their operational, financial, quality and clinical outcomes. The company said Branin’s knowledge of the industry has helped him develop and implement sales and business growth strategies.

“(Branin’s) exceptional work—most recently as our vice president of business development, and previously as a valued HDG client—made this decision easy,” said Erin Shvetzoff Hennessey, CEO of HDG. “We know he has the broad knowledge and skills to support our clients, achieve our growth goals and bring with them a commitment to our HDG values of hospitality, stewardship, respect, integrity and humor.”

Branin has served as the company’s VP of business development since July 2023. In this new role, he will be responsible for leading all business growth activities within the company, such as expanding the company’s consulting practice and growing the company’s management portfolio.

The company said that by including Branin on its executive leadership team, it will be better equipped to serve the changing needs of both consulting and management clients.
