MINNEAPOLIS—Health Dimensions Group (HDG), a management and consulting organization that specializes in senior living, post-acute and long-term care, announced it has been appointed to manage Gurnee Place Memory Care, an assisted living facility providing respite, memory and Alzheimer’s care in Gurnee, Illinois.
