Will Erasmo will provide clinical leadership & guidance

MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota—Health Dimensions Group (HDG) announced that Will Erasmo has been named regional director of quality and clinical services.

In his new role at HDG, Erasmo is responsible for providing clinical leadership and guidance to HDG’s portfolio of managed communities to ensure the care and services delivered to residents and their families meet health care regulations and HDG guidelines. Through Erasmo’s clinical oversight, he will identify opportunities for quality improvement and implement strategies to enhance the delivery of care and services, grow overall resident, family, and team satisfaction and boost overall operational efficiency.

With expertise deeply rooted in aging services, HDG is a leading management and consulting organization that serves senior living, post-acute, long-term care, PACE organizations, hospitals and health systems. Since 2000, HDG’s experts have led more than 800 clients nationwide in implementing innovative, comprehensive solutions for strengthening operational and financial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance and enhancing quality outcomes. The Minneapolis-based organization is among 199 companies recently named a 2024 Top Workplace by the Star Tribune for the third consecutive year.

Since 2019, Erasmo has served as a clinical leader and nursing consultant at senior living and care organizations throughout the U.S. Erasmo is a registered nurse in several states, including Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Tennessee, Minnesota and Missouri, and is certified in gerontological nursing by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. In addition, he is a certified dementia practitioner through the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners (NCCDP).

Most recently, Erasmo was recognized as a 40 under 40 Emerging Nurse Leader by the Illinois Nurses Foundation. This award was established in 2015 to highlight and celebrate young nurse leaders who positively impact health care and who will shape the future of the nursing profession.

Before joining HDG, Erasmo served as a program director, regional director of clinical services and director of nursing for several aging services organizations. He has an associate’s degree in nursing from Waubonsee Community College in Sugar Grove, Illinois as well as a bachelor of science in registered nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana.
