New York-based Ideal Home Health implements DailyPay, helps to drive productivity & employee satisfaction

NEW YORK—Ideal Home Health, a licensed homecare services agency (LHCSA) providing in-home care across all of New York has partnered with DailyPay, a worktech company and provider of earned wage access.

Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Brooklyn, New York, Ideal Home Health has grown to a community of more than 10,000 patients, caregivers and family members. The team initially implemented DailyPay to continue its mission of being innovative and competitive with their employment offerings.

Recent research from Employee Benefits News commissioned by DailyPay shows that more than half (55%) of employees say they pick up at least one extra shift per month.
