GOLETA, California—Inogen, Inc., a medical technology company offering in-home respiratory products, announced the appointment of Eric Pauls as vice president of sales in North America. Pauls previously worked with RQM+ as chief customer officer.
With more than two decades of executive sales and business development experience, Pauls aims to drive current and future growth with Inogen. He previously worked as a senior sales executive at Tactile Medical, where he was responsible for profit and loss management, business development, portfolio expansion and operating plan creation. Pauls is a trusted advisor to key customers, peers and his team, the company said. In his previous role as executive sales leader at Philips, he led annual operating plan, business development, sales excellence and operational compliance.
On joining the Inogen team, Pauls said that he looks forward to utilizing his experience in respiratory segment to drive growth, deliver products and provide services for his respiratory patients and customers.
