The company received its placement on the list for the second consecutive year

BRENTWOOD, Tennessee—IntellaTriage, an after-hours, nurse-first triage solutions provider for hospice and home health, announced its second consecutive placement on the Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Companies List. This list offers a data-driven look at successful entrepreneurial businesses within the economy’s most dynamic segment. IntellaTriage ranked in the top 50% of the list and in the top 50 for fastest-growing companies in the state of Tennessee.

Founded in 2008, IntellaTriage delivers triage care daily to providers and their patients nationwide. With a large network of remote licensed nurses in post-acute care, the company aims to provide care when patients need it and alleviate the burden on frontline clinicians.

The Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing List annually highlights companies from various industries that have grown significantly over the past three years. IntellaTriage reached this milestone due to last year’s partnership with large hospice and home health providers and new provider partnerships. This growth and capital investment allowed IntellaTriage to acquire its direct competitor, NurseLine, in 2024. Following this acquisition, it went live with a secure integration between Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and IntellaTriage's triage platform, IntellaHub. The integration with HCHB was done so with the mission of putting IntellaHub on the path to ensuring a seamless experience between daytime and after-hours care for patients, their families and continued growth for the triage company.

Daniel Reese, CEO, said he is proud of the team and their dedicated nurses for achieving this milestone.

“Securing a spot on the Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Companies List for the second consecutive year is a testament to their hard work, commitment and passion for providing exceptional care,” said Reese. “Our continued growth and the successful integration with Homecare Homebase are significant steps forward in our mission to support more nurses, providers and patients. We look forward to further expanding our impact and improving the lives of nurses and patients through our innovative triage solutions.”
