SUNRISE, Florida—Interim HealthCare Inc., a network of homecare, senior care, home health, hospice and medical staffing services, appointed Rexanne Domico as resident and chief operating officer. Paul Mastrapa, chief executive officer (CEO) of Interim HealthCare, welcomed Domico and said he is excited to see her shape the company’s operational strategies and mission.
“Her hands-on leadership style, deep industry knowledge and proven track record of fostering growth and excellence make her well-suited to lead our regional teams and guide our franchises nationwide to provide the high-end care we are known for,” Mastrapa said.
Domico has more than 20 years of experience in post-acute care and health care operations, providing her with the ability to foster growth, innovation and operational excellence in her new role with Interim HealthCare. She will work closely with new regional teams in field support, as well as the clinical quality, operations excellence, and growth and development divisions. Domico’s vision and leadership have produced impactful outcomes throughout her career and earned her a reputation as a catalyst for positive change. Her commitment to forward-thinking strategies will further elevate Interim HealthCare’s operations, building on the company’s legacy of excellence and innovation in patient care, the company said.

Domico previously served as CEO at HomeFree Pharmacy Services, where she helped increase census, revenue and profit, as well as managed rate renegotiations. Additionally, she has held leadership positions as president of Home Health Care Services at BrightSpring and senior vice president at LHC Group. Domico earned her bachelor’s degree in communications, business and journalism from Elon University.
