The new EMR system, “CareHub,” offers care management, data driven insights & workflow solutions

NEW YORK—Intus Care, a Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) market technology company, will be previewing its “CareHub” product at the 2024 National PACE Association (NPA) annual conference in San Diego, California, which will take place Sunday, Oct. 13 through Wednesday, Oct.16. The product, which is set to be available in 2025, is an electronic medical record (EMR) and practice management system, aiming to manage PACE’s value-based care (VBC) model and improve how interdisciplinary care teams, quality and compliance managers care for older adults with complex health care needs.

CareHub offers solutions to the technology stack for complex care delivery. The product intends to provide PACE programs with a VBC management system for interdisciplinary care teams (IDT), making it possible to:

  • Automate tedious tasks in a single interface
  • Utilize generative artificial intelligence to ease documentation processes
  • Access insights through predictive analytics to prioritize daily workflows
  • Leverage bidirectional data infrastructure for interoperability

“As a natural evolution from our population health analytics and integrated care services products, CareHub addresses three critical unmet needs in the PACE community, which are prevalent across value-based care systems,” said Robbie Felton, CEO of Intus Care. “These needs include reducing staff documentation and administrative burden, integrating disparate data systems, and enabling actionable workflows for interdisciplinary care teams to provide high-quality participant care.”

CareHub offers comprehensive care management, data driven insights and integrated workflow solutions. Additionally, the product includes EMR systems, customer relationship management sytems and Intus Care’s revenue integrity system (IRIS) and population health analytics tools. Intus Care plans to open the implementation list for additional partners in 2025. Attendees at NPA 2024 will get a first look at the features and capabilities of CareHub.
