The Fastrack BI analytics suite integrates with the existing Fastrack application and provides real-time reporting and data analysis tools that equip today’s HME and home infusion providers with the information they need to easily manage their businesses today and in the future.
The new offering allows Fastrack customers to access a complete analysis package that includes detailed analytic cubes, real-time advanced reporting, and dashboards with trending metrics and key performance indicators. Displaying this information in real time allows staff to improve decision-making based on live data in the system, accelerate workflow output, and maximize productivity. Fastrack BI also gives the option to create custom pivot-table analysis based on metrics of their choice with powerful analytic cube technology. These tools will also transition seamlessly to Mediware’s next generation CareTend product when customers move to that new technology.
