GOTHENBURG, Sweden—Mölnlycke Health Care, a Swedish medical technology company, announced Guillaume Joucla has been appointed as the company’s new chief financial officer (CFO). Joucla will take office as CFO and member of the company’s executive leadership team in January.
Most recently, Joucla served as VP of global finance and strategic projects for operating room solutions at Mölnlycke. Additionally, he has led global cross-functional transformational programs and held the title of general manager of local operations for the company.

Before joining Mölnlycke in 2008, Joucla held senior management roles at medical equipment supplier ProxiMed Services and BioSteril, a company that providers steam sterilization services for medical devices. He holds a postgraduate degree in finance and management from IAE Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management, and a master's degree in applied mathematics from Aix-Marseille University.
