NASHVILLE (May 4, 2017)—NDC, Inc., a health care supply chain company, and Dedicated Distribution, Inc., a national full-line home health care wholesaler, announced that NDC has acquired Dedicated Distribution.
Dedicated Distribution will serve as one of the cornerstones for NDC’s Home Care division. Founded in 1979, Dedicated Distribution has always been solely focused on the needs of home health care equipment and supply providers. Steve Cole, executive vice president for Dedicated Distribution said, “Combining with NDC will enhance our position as a leading national distributor to the HME/DME market. We will leverage NDC’s resources to increase our geographical coverage, increase our product portfolio and add innovative programs for our customers.”
