CINCINNATI, Ohio (September 30, 2020)—Queen City Hospice, a Cincinnati-based end-of-life care service provider, with a presence in Columbus as Capital City Hospice and Dayton as Day City Hospice, has successfully completed the acquisition of a hospice care provider in Northeast Ohio and has launched Miracle City Hospice. This acquisition will enable the company to provide services in the greater Cleveland metropolitan area and other nearby communities. Queen City Hospice was established in Cincinnati in 2011, and expanded to Columbus in 2016 and to Dayton in 2019. The Company, headquartered at Governor’s Pointe Office Park in Mason (Cincinnati) hired over 250 employees in 2019 and currently employs approximately 600 across its three existing markets.

Queen City Hospice continues to identify opportunities for further expansion into Northwest and Southeast Ohio and expects to be statewide by the end of 2022; the company is also actively seeking acquisition opportunities in Indiana, Pennsylvania and Michigan.
The company is currently recruiting clinicians and other qualified hospice and health care professionals for Miracle City Hospice and plans to hire approximately 40 professionals over the next six to 12 months in Cleveland and Northeast Ohio.
