ENCINITAS, California—A Place At Home, a senior-focused homecare provider franchise, announced the opening of its fourth California location, A Place At Home Encinitas. Local couple Joscelyn Perez-Van Valzah and Sam Van Valzah opened the location, through which they intend to serve North County San Diego.

Joscelyn has experience in health care administration and senior care, while Sam has a background in caregiving and retirement financial planning.

It's our goal to exceed expectations and deliver top-tier care for seniors.”
The Encinitas location intends to offer comprehensive services to seniors, such as in-home care, care coordination, senior living alternatives and staffing. Beyond providing customizable care plans with these services, the Van Valzah’s aim to enhance seniors’ quality of life, as well as minimize falls and hospital readmission rates.
