DURYEA, Penn. (October 15, 2019)—Quantum Rehab has announced the winners of its Q Roll Models Contest.
The winners are Amy Bleile, Whitewater, Wisconsin; Isabella Bullock, Belleville, Michigan; Merlisha Henderson, Gilbert, Arizona; Emily Ladau, West Babylon, New York; Sakina Shamsi, Randolph, New Jersey; and Tim Shin, River Vale, New Jersey.
Although Quantum was seeking five winners, the company decided to declare the top six contestants as winners because judges felt all six should be included. Each winner will receive a four-month paid Q Roll Models contract and a Quantum Power Chair with iLevel technology, including complimentary future service and parts.

The contest was open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years and older, and children 10 years and older with parent/guardian written consent. To enter, participants visited lifeatilevel.com between July 1-30, 2019 and clicked on the contest box for further instructions. Judging consisted of picture content and an explanation of how iLevel would help the contest participant live his or her best life.
