Previously, Mr. Heaney served for 31 years at Addus Homecare, one of the nation's largest providers of personal care and support services. Here, he rose through the ranks, ultimately leading the enterprise as President, CEO and Chairman of the Board from May 2008 to January 2016. Likewise, Mr. Heaney is a seasoned board member, serving both industry associations and companies, including: National Association of Homecare (NAHC), Medicaid Homecare Association of America, National Private Duty Home Care Association, QMerit and Tradewinds Social Services. Furthermore, Mr. Heaney has served on state and local government Medicaid-related task groups and advisory boards to help shape public policy.
