MORRISVILLE, NC (June 2, 2016)—Blood pressure measurement expert SunTech Medical has appointed Sandra Wisniewski as its new CEO. Current CEO Dayn McBee has announced his retirement after a 30-year career with the company, but he will continue to provide support during this time of transition.
In her new role, Wisniewski will be responsible for leading SunTech Medical by providing strategic and tactical direction to support future growth. She will oversee the further development of the company’s clinical-grade blood pressure monitoring products and technologies, ensuring customers continue to receive the most accurate and reliable blood pressure measurements.
“As I move on to new endeavors, I have complete confidence in Sandra’s ability to take the reins,” said McBee. “Her conviction, intelligence and experience qualify her as the right person to lead SunTech Medical into the future.”
Wisniewski joins SunTech Medical from Sanofi, where she was general manager and vice president of the Biosurgery business unit. Her experience also includes leadership positions as VP marketing, sales operations and customer care with Cardinal Health, and as VP global marketing, intravenous solutions with Baxter International. Wisniewski holds a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin.
