Metridoc document imaging and content management application components provides a flexible API (Application Programming Interface) for both web-based and premise solutions. “The purchase of Metridoc provides a powerful component to our product portfolio that will offer a very robust solution to our customers,” said Christopher Dobiesz, President of Universal Software Solutions, Inc. “Metridoc was already in use with several of our customers for many years and is a perfect fit for both our product design and workflow philosophy. With the addition of this product, in very short order, it will soon evolve into a tightly integrated component within HDMS and will greatly improve the end-user experience within a single system.”
Universal Software Solutions, Inc. will assume the ongoing customer service to the current users of Metridoc as it uses its developers along with members from Titan Solutions, to jointly develop additional functionality. “The integration of the Metridoc document management solution with HDMS will enable HDMS users to achieve a paperless office and further reduce their administrative costs,” adds Brian O’Neil, President of Titan Solutions.
The Metridoc name will remain the property of Titan Solutions. A new product name has not been officially announced.
