WATERLOO, Iowa—VGM Group Inc., a service provider in post-acute health care industry, announced that its chief financial officer (CFO), Barb Anderson, and president, Lindy Tentinger, have been named among the 2024 top 50 women leaders of Iowa by Women We Admire—a periodical publishing company that provides news and information on today's women leaders in multiple industries. The company said these recognitions intend to highlight both Anderson’s and Tentinger’s leadership and contributions to VGM, as well as to Iowa’s diverse industries.
As CFO, Anderson is the steward of VGM’s accounting and treasury operations. Anderson aims to lead the financial voice of VGM, as well as provide analytical and financial perspectives for VGM’s businesses. Additionally, Anderson serves on the Hawkeye Community College foundation board and is a former member of both the Grow Cedar Valley finance board and the YWCA investment committee.
Tentinger serves as the president of VGM & Associates, one of VGM’s businesses that serves the home medical equipment (HME) industry. Through her work with VGM, Tentinger intends to advance and elevate the HME industry, as well as her team members. Additionally, Tentinger regularly speaks at various industry conferences and authors articles for publication.
