CARY, N.C. (May 8, 2014)—ACHC announced that it will hold a DMEPOS accreditation workshop at its headquarters in Cary, N.C., on June 24. The workshop will educate health care providers on the requirements needed to achieve and maintain compliance with ACHC DMEPOS standards. The workshop will be instructed by leading industry experts, including ACHC clinical educator Greg Stowell.
As a nationally recognized accreditation organization, ACHC places great value on continuing education in regard to achieving and maintaining accreditation. As such, workshops are regularly held throughout the year to offer providers the opportunity to familiarize themselves with ACHC compliance requirements. Each workshop provides in-depth training on each step of the accreditation process, specific strategies that can be utilized to prepare for the survey and ongoing compliance with ACHC standards.
In addition to accreditation workshops, ACHC also offers program-specific resources including ACHC Accreditation Guide to Success, workbooks, compliance checklists and regular multimedia updates.
