(December 3, 2019)—Caring Brands International (CBI), a franchiser of global home health care services, announced the appointment of Carolina Lobo as EVP of People and Brand of CBI and its subsidiaries Interim HealthCare Inc. (in the U.S.), Bluebird Care (in the U.K. and Ireland) and Just Better Care (in Australia) effective immediately.
With more than 25 years of talent and marketing experience in the health and services industries, Lobo has held leadership positions of increasing responsibility and impact at organizations such as Cigna, Aramark, T. Rowe Price and BAYADA. Her expertise is both global and wide-ranging, encompassing branding, innovation, product development and management, strategic planning and execution, operations, market planning and analysis, process management, talent development and creative/media management.
Recently, as chief marketing officer for BAYADA, Lobo took its people-first strategy to the next level, repositioning the organization as an employer of choice and helping the company achieve recognition from Glassdoor as one of the “Best Places to Work” in both 2018 and 2019.
