IRVINE, California—Comfort Keepers, a market-leading provider of homecare for seniors and adults who need assistance, has appointed Ramzi Abdine its chief executive officer for North America, replacing Carl McManus, effective immediately.
Abdine brings more than 25 years of relevant professional experience and proven successes to help deliver on the company’s innovation goals and continue to expand its leadership footprint in the homecare industry, the company said in a news release.
Abdine previously had a leadership role at Sodexo Worldwide Home Care, where he served as global head of corporate development and asset management and was interim CEO of Pronep, Sodexo’s homecare business in Brazil. Abdine launched his career at Credit Suisse First Boston’s in New York City, and since that time, he has worked across multiple industries including defense, aerospace, space, and cybersecurity.
