Dynamic Healthcare Services Announces Michael Grabko as CEO

HARRISBURG, Pa. (March 26, 2014)—The Board of Directors of Dynamic Healthcare Services, Inc. (DHS) a portfolio company of GMH Ventures, LLC (GMH) and Lakewood Capital, LLC announced Michael Grabko as new Chief Executive Officer effective March 24. Grabko joins DHS having most recently served as Senior Vice President at Univita Health, Inc. "During this unique and transformative period in health care, there is no better person to lead DHS than Mike Grabko," stated Michael Holloway, President of GMH Ventures and board member of DHS. "Mike's 30-plus years of experience in health care comprises a unique blend of traditional home health services, including DME, with cutting-edge strategies on how to deliver such services in the new health care environment." Grabko began his career in a variety of operational and financial positions in the health care industry, leading to his co-founding of a rehabilitation company in 1995. He also served as Vice President of Operations at Apria Healthcare and Area Vice President and Corporate Vice President of Air Products Healthcare. Most recently, Grabko led the expansion of Univita Health into nine states and served as a key member of the management team that doubled revenue to more than $200 million.
