(Dec. 2, 2013)—KRG Capital Partners of Denver announced Monday that Daniel E. Greenleaf will become president and CEO of Home Solutions, a specialty infusion company, effective immediately. Greenleaf most recently served as president and CEO of Coram Specialty Infusion Services. Coram recently agreed to be acquired by CVS Caremark for $2.1 billion. Coram is one of the nation's largest providers of infusion services used to treat people with multiple sclerosis, immune deficiencies, rheumatoid arthritis and nutrition deficiencies. "We are extremely pleased to bring Dan on as president and CEO of Home Solutions," said Steve Neumann, managing partner of KRG. "There is no better leader in the home infusion industry than Dan. "His strong executive skills and commercial and operations background bring crucial elements to achieve significant growth, operational efficiencies and continued success for Home Solutions," Neumann said in a statement. KRG Partners noted that Greenleaf joined Coram as president in April 2008 and "led Coram to become the industry leader in home infusion and one of the top-performing health care companies in the U.S., with a double-digit compounded annual growth rate." KRG said that in addition to his role at Coram, Greenleaf also served as Chief Operating Officer for Apria Healthcare's respiratory therapy/home medical equipment business from November 2010 to March 2012.
