NEW YORK (August 11, 2022)—HHAeXchange, a provider of homecare management solutions for payers, providers and state Medicaid agencies, announced that the company has achieved significant growth milestones in the first half of 2022. Specifically, HHAeXchange has expanded its services in several states, welcomed five new partners to its Partner Connect Program, and officially launched Care Insights for Payers, a solution that enables payers to leverage caregivers’ visit frequency with members to capture change in condition alerts and social determinants of health (SDOH) observations. The company also now serves over 80 payers, 6,400 homecare agencies, 657,000 members, 674,000 caregivers and 64,000 back-office users.
The increase in growth has been driven in part by the COVID-19 pandemic, as more than 80% of adults now prefer to remain in their homes and communities as they age and favor a home setting over a nursing home or other institutional setting.
“The COVID-19 pandemic has created challenges for our industry and has put homecare payers and providers to the test. Yet at the same time, it’s also brought to light just how critical home and community-based services are, making it even more important for them to have access to innovative technology solutions that enable them to improve member care across the entire homecare ecosystem,” said Stephen Vaccaro, president of HHAeXchange. “As we enter the second half of the year with homecare as the catalyst for the future of health care, our team remains committed to working alongside our provider and payer customers to ensure they achieve operational efficiency, increase compliance, and improve health outcomes.”
This year HHAeXchange also welcomed five new partners to the company’s Partner Connect Program, an exclusive partner community that provides HHAeXchange customers with direct integrations to industry-leading solutions that streamline homecare agency operations and improve caregiver satisfaction. This momentum comes after a 137% growth in the Partner Connect program in 2021.
“HHAeXchange has been integral to our success as a key partner in modernizing our clinical, operational and financial approach to running the agency,” said Ely Zamir, corporate controller, Friends & Family Home Care Services. “They have a deep bench of experts who provide white-glove technical expertise proactively to ensure everything runs smoothly. HHAeXchange is more than a software company—they are a trustworthy, dedicated partner to their clients.”
Heading into the second half of 2022, HHAeXchange has additional product and technology developments planned, including innovative investments focused on mobile solutions. One solution is Two-Way Mobile Chat, a new feature enabling home care agencies to communicate in real-time with caregivers and resolve questions related to patient conditions, EVV, scheduling, payroll and more.
As a result of its recent growth, HHAeXchange has also accelerated its hiring efforts across all functional areas around the globe. For more information on open positions and to stay abreast of upcoming news and updates, visit hhaexchange.com.
