WINTER PARK, Fla. (August 12, 2020)—HomeCare Connect, which manages the quality and cost of home health services throughout the national workers’ compensation industry, placed on the Inc. 5000 list for the third consecutive year. This is Inc. magazine’s exclusive ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies in the United States.

The 2020 list ranked companies by their percentage of revenue growth between 2016 and 2019. HomeCare Connect experienced 120.5 percent growth during this period.

Yesterday, the company also learned it is one of the Orlando Business Journal’ s 2020 Fast 50 Companies and a candidate for its Elite 50 list, which recognizes Central Florida’s 25 fastest growing and largest, privately held businesses.

HomeCare Connect has enjoyed rapid, organic growth since its inception in 2011. Managing Partner Teresa Williams attributes its success to its clinical managed care approach and the extraordinarily high level of service it provides its clients, which are workers’ compensation insurers, third-party administrators, and self-insured employers, and their injured workers.

“We operate with a sense of urgency and have fostered a culture of caring for injured workers, our clients, and our employees,” Williams said.

Naturally, managing costs for its clients is important, but HomeCare Connect never scrimps on medical services. “We reduce costs by clinically managing care, scrupulous and specialized bill review, and eliminating administrative inefficiencies,” she added.

The company continuously communicates with claims representatives, providers, and especially the injured workers, who can receive and send texts in Spanish or English. “Believe it or not, this level of communication is not standard in our industry,” Williams said.
