BRENTWOOD, Tenn. (September 4, 2018) – Numotion, a provider of complex rehab technology (CRT), has acquired the rehab and home access divisions of Total Respiratory & Rehab, extending its reach and capabilities in Nebraska, Iowa and Missouri. Total has been in business for more than 12 years, serving thousands of customers across the Midwest as one of the largest regional CRT providers.
“We are excited to welcome the impressive CRT and home access teams of Total Respiratory & Rehab to Numotion in order to better serve even more customers in the Midwest,” said Mike Swinford, CEO of Numotion. “Total’s reach and dedicated team of employees coupled with our unmatched product portfolio and service capabilities provide the disabled community in the region with the best resources available.”
Total’s 74 CRT and home access employees will join Numotion, including 17 assistive technology professionals (ATPs). The team will gain access to a larger product offering and support infrastructure, thereby increasing efficiency in providing much needed equipment and services to customers so they can actively participate in everyday life. Total’s respiratory customers will not experience any change in their service, according to Numotion.
“We are thrilled to announce that our rehab and home access divisions have been acquired by Numotion,” said Jon Novak, CEO of Total. “Numotion was the best choice for us, no question. Their employee-supportive culture and customer-centric focus parallels with our business seamlessly. Numotion’s infrastructure and technologies will ensure our customers have the absolute best and most rapid customer service experience the industry has to offer.”
Additionally, Numotion customers in the area will now have access to home accessibility services, including modifications such as door widening, ramp installation and more. Total will continue to provide respiratory services in Lincoln and Omaha.
