CHICAGO—PurposeCare, a leading provider of coordinated home care and home health services in the Midwest, has announced Rob Barrow as chief operating officer.
Prior to joining, Barrow was a member of the private equity team at Lorient Capital, which developed and invested in the PurposeCare business. He also served as chief operating officer for two Lorient portfolio companies, including Healthy Living Network in California and Centria Healthcare. PurposeCare is the parent company of Purpose Home Health, Alliance Home Health Services, A1 Home Health Care and A1 Nursing Care, Newsome Home Health Care, and Honor Home Health serving the most vulnerable across a growing footprint in the Midwest.

Barrow is an expert at identifying complex challenges and implementing rapid change through the deployment of a unique set of tools such as quality and productivity improvement and operational performance improvement as well as organizational behavioral management, to name a few. The result has been a long history of increasing patient satisfaction, clinician engagement and operational efficiency.
