Small spent 16 years in the health care industry as a sales professional, marketing liaison for surgeons, trainer and billing consultant. She has created unique programs to help sales teams provide value to clients. The past five years she has spent working directly with physicians practices and HME providers to increase patient care through DME/HME services.
Small has a keen sense for finding unique solutions and answers to the hard problems in the DME/HME industry. Small has a passion for learning and loves the challenge of finding answers to help her clients. Her focus is putting principles above profit.
